This is to inform all respected parents of South Breeze School that, under the initiative of the Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh, Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS), students aged between 9 months and under 15 years will be administered the typhoid vaccine.

All interested students studying at this institution are requested to complete the registration by 21st September 2025 through the following link: https://vaxepi.gov.bd/ using their Birth Registration Number. A photocopy of both the vaccination card and the birth registration certificate must also be submitted to the school.

Students who have already provided their information through the Google Form circulated earlier for school registration need not register again. Their vaccination cards and birth registration copies have already been collected and preserved by the school.

While completing the Typhoid Vaccine registration, please make sure to follow these steps carefully:

1. Select: শিক্ষা প্রতিষ্ঠানে অধ্যয়নরত ৯ম শ্রেণি সমমান পর্যন্ত সকল শিক্ষার্থী,

2. For City Corporation, select Dhaka North City Corporation (for Lalmatia Campus) and Dhaka South City Corporation (for Dhanmondi Campus).

3. For Thana, select Mohammadpur, for Ward, select 32 for Lalmatia Campus and Dhanmondi for Dhanmondi Campus.

After completing these selections, you will be able to find and select সাউথব্রীজ স্কুল / South Breeze School from the list.

The probable vaccination dates at the school are 12th to 30th October 2025. South Breeze School will provide full cooperation to ensure that our young learners can receive the vaccine smoothly.

All students are strongly advised to complete their registration within the stipulated time.
